This month the last manufactoring engraved model from 1972 arrived me.

he was black, the silver inlay were dark, so I beginn to clean it.

First pic are all 4 regular sold engraved models, the others, when i beginn to clean the silver lines. The last is one with a carved grip, carved by special order from the manufactorer in Liege (Belgium)

The last pic are normal centennials 1860 in different models

Very nice -- I see you like Colts

The pistol at the top with wire inlay and ivory or ivory-like grips is outstanding! Thanks for sharing. And a very merry Christmas to you and all forum members.

Those are beautiful! I never knew the factory did engraving. My Centaure is a plain one. Maybe when it grows up it can be engraved :rotf:

Merry Christmas everyone! :hatsoff:

thx an all

The Company (Fabrique Unies de Liege) engrave Centennials only for the european market from 1971 up to the end of production 1973

Thank you for showing those wonderful engraved revolvers. I well remember the Centennial line of guns from the early 70's...they gave Replica Arms, Navy Arms and some other early importers a run for their money!

Those are fancier than what I like, but then again I could "adopt" one given a chance.

Nice, revolvers are my weakness.
