With those futuristic ctg guns ("Shhhh!") they are indispensable. For our front stuffers, they are mighty interesting. Told me I was getting 1600 fps with a PRB from my .58 caliber Zoli Harpers Ferry years ago.
Wife got me a new chrony for Christmas, I have yet to get out with it. My cap and ball revolvers and my .54 cal Harpers ferry are rarin' to go! (I haven't forgot ye, Ron.) Soon as the doctor releases me from a post-op "don't lift over 5 pounds" restriction.
Certainly not traditional, but..."If they'd of had 'em in the Old Days, they'd a used 'em." :grin: :haha:
