Ballistol stink? Only when you take the top off or spray it :blah: :rotf: :rotf:
But for me it works great, cut with water for cleaning, and straight for bore protection. And as others have mentioned, it will run wife and daughters right out of the house :wink:
 
My use of Ballistol has moved from the house, to the garage, and is now out on the screen porch. All of this is just to maintain peace in the household because of its smell. There does seem to be a fine line between aroma and odor. Ballistol is straddling that line.
 
Ballistol stinks??? Maybe a spoiled batch? :wink: Since I live in a horsey household, it is no wife repellant at all - just be upwind of the manure pile.................. :blah:
