Yes they did make a .45 flint version of their Hawken. Sadly, Thompson Center and many others have abandoned muzzleloaders of traditional design and function.

They do not make them Present tense. TC is NO MORE gone the way of the dodo bird. Kaput

I too have one it is a kit made in the late 70’s has the K in from of the numbers. Shoots well and pretty accurate too. It was well built. My son and I love shooting it.
