Yeah Bigbore, seems every other year we have to fight them trying to stop dove hunting here. Back in my more active days, used to have a crew from Mass come down for an annual 3 or 4 days hunt busting doves. Was good times.
 
Got out this morning for the first time this year. Went to pick up my hunting partner and he just remembered he had not bought his tag yet. We didn't get to the field until about 9:30am. Saw a good number of doves, in the corn field that was harvested for silage. I got 3 shots with the 14ga. and got 2 doves. My partner used his Browning Citori and also got 2 doves but, it took about 15 shots. :grin:
