Me too. Got plans to hone out a barrel 50 caliber barrel that was fired, not cleaned and set aside to die.
Looks like 40 miles of bad road. So emery cloth on a rod and my rechargeable drill with lots of oil and time should make it useable as a smooth (shot) barrel.

I bought that assortment in a box during last year's build and it has really come in handy. Good stuff, and very convenient.

Beware ... don't trust the grit sizes posted in the ads and/or as marked on the rolls.

For anything 'good', I myself only use Norton cloth-backed abrasives, learned that from my machinst days ...

Try combat abrasives, US made veteran owned and employed, unless you're doing fine machine finishing work, these are good enough!

After battling the nightmare of cheap, crappy abrasives in machine shops I have become snobbish. I will do everything I can to stick with name brands such as 3M, Norton and the like.
I can’t afford cheap.
