The date code on the bottom of your can says 2F, lot 38, manufactured during C shift on May 15, 1996. Not exactly 1990 when Goex was selling for about $9.

I have no idea what this cost (in the day) as the price is not marked. I acquired it awhile back just for the collectable can (brass screw top). When it arrived, it appeared to be a bit "heavy." Turns out it is a FULL can! Can't wait to see if it is still potent!
