Hammer Stalls

Well I did it...I now have hammer stalls for my hunting rifles, made out of strong dark brown, split cowhide leather, heavily stiched up along both sides and up around the top curve...hole punched in lower outer corner and tied to the trigger guard with a length of rawhide. (four finger tips from leather work gloves I bought at Home Depot yesterday) :: :: :: ::

Not worth all that trouble...just imagine cutting off the finger tips of a leather glove at a length that they come down and fully cover the frizzen...that's all there is to it.
