For those of you looking for an inexpensive holster or cartridge belt Tandy has recently came out with both in kits. I bought a medium sized holster kit for a 5 1/2" Remington, and the cartridge belt. They both are plain leather, you can do your own tooling to your hearts desire, or add conchos like I did, you can dye to any color of the rainbow also. The cost for both with all the conchos, and dye, and sealer was about 70 bucks.

Do you have a link?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it.
Wonder if there might be something for my Underhammer guns? :hmm:

I saw those, and I'm impressed. I'm likely to pick up one of each, but trace them for patterns before assembling. I think its a style that will be useful minus the ammo loops, perhaps with a little modification for an assortment of cap and ball revolvers, which certainly fall within the purview of this site. I'm no historian, but that style of holster goes back a long, long ways.

Another reason for buying and using for a pattern. I'm a lefty.
