I have a few .36 caliber guns, some shoot best with 2f, some with 3f
Two of them shoot very well with 15 gr. One only shoot well with 70 gr.
20 to 35 gr. of 3f is the norm for a lot of the .36 caliber guns.
I use Birchwood Casey No. 77 Magic Black Powder Solvent as my patch
lube at the range, keeps it as clean as if I only shot it once.
I use spit when hunting.

Good luck, have fun.

I threw the kitchen sink down the muzzle of my 36 Seneca. Finally she settled on a .360 RB an 40grs of FFFg.The maxi also did well with felt.
