Chronologically 52. Physiologically mid-70s, signs of a life well spent hunting, fishing, rodeo, motorcycles (since 1987), military…
Now, in marriage age I’m at least 520, 2nd redhead wife… 🤣😂

I went for blond from a bottle, it seemed a good idea to get married, 55 years later I suppose I chose wisely, but don’t they now drone on.

I'm 67 and started at 15 with a CVA 45 caliber kit from Dixie Gun Works, which I still have, I found another CVA 45 at an estate sale that had only been slapped together with no fitting or shaping. I hope to take a deer with it this year.

I'm 79. Started late. Built a powder horn in my 20's. Built my Lyman GPR at 33, Lyman Great Plains matching pistol 3 years later. The GPR was my Deer Rifle for several years. I built my "bag-o-parts" French Fusil C at 69, which took about 3 years of putzing to complete. Horn and Fusil are in my avatar. My favorite hunt of all was taking a wild turkey with the flintlock, called in from over 100 yards with the wingbone call I made. Sadly I'm about done hunting.
