Yes. Have to clear nipples.

Is problem with both locks?
I can see where all three lock interior screws are rubbing inside the mortise. I back off all I could, but it will not fire after being cocked? will the trigger have any issues along with too much wood inside?
Do i need to go ahead and remove interior wood and try again?

When the lock is removed, does the trigger have full movement? That is, can it be pulled back far enough for the blade on top of it to easily hit the sear arm that is sticking out of the lock on the inside of the gun?

I just checked with my gun and the barrels have to be off and the hammer all the way down or the lock sear bar hits the trigger. I was wrong about the locks needing to be in the half **** or **** position to reassemble. Best to do with barrels off.

It has to be something with the trigger as well. I can get it to **** in half and full, but it will not fire? The trigger moves all about like something is lose or broke?

Reassembly. Remove the barrels. Push the trigger forward so the lock sear bar clears it. You may have to work hammer around the tang a bit. If you don’t, the sear will be against the side of the trigger bar, locking you up. Same for the left lock. Believe this may be an ‘assembly sequence’ problem. There is very little clearance between the lock sear and the trigger. Photo is if the right lock sear in correct position with hammer down

Mr. Zonie, Bob, and SDMILF, Iv'e got it working. However, I must push the trigger towards the muzzel to reset it each time for some reason?

Likely the lock sear bar is not on top of the trigger correctly. If you remove the left lock, does your view of the right lock sear look like the photo? With the bar on top of the trigger?

I guess the next step is removing the trigger because I still have to manually push the trigger forward to be able to fire the left barrel and/or re-**** the right barrel? This is a brand new gun and shouldn't be giving me these issues dang it.
