I sent a rifle to a friend on Fri, 28 AUG 20. Package was sent USPS priority mail from Dallas, TX to Pasadena, CA. Expected delivery was Tuesday. Checked tracking this morning and it’s out for delivery a day early. That’s a refreshing change of pace!

Man, that’s good to hear. I’ve got two rifles inbound as we speak. I never sleep good til I’ve got the box open and the gun in hand.

Actually, I really think that the problem is not the PayPal itself but the privacy politics and stuff like this one. Let me explain, when you have agreements on certain discussions, you are more likely to stick with those discussions than to satisfy one client's demand.

Obviously, I am sorry for your loss, and to be more specific, when I have faced a similar situation as yours, guys from E-commerce Payment Services has explained me pretty much the same thing. It’s not always about PayPal itself, it’s more about agreements and duties. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me in PM!
