The simple answer, "No". Forcing the 6x1.00 threads will ruin the existing 6x0.75 threads setting up an eventual situation where the discharge shot will blow the nipple out of the nipple seat. So look for the correct sized nipples. No, you can't safely rethread the breech for the 6x1.00 nipples.
Too often manufacturing procedures change. In your case, the threads were changed at the factory so newer rifles have 6x1.00 threads.
Measure first, order second. You need to know thread diameter and pitch. Then comes overall length and cone diameter. You need a #11 sized cone of course. Not everyone has access to thread gauges so visits to hardware stores that have gauges is in order.

If the only thread guage that can be found is in the inch series of threads (UNC, UNF), none of them will match a .75 mm or a 1 mm pitch.
A .75 mm thread will be equal to a 33.8 threads per inch pitch so the threads should look very close to a 32 thread per inch pitch.
A 1 mm thread pitch will be equal to 25.4 threads per inch. A 24 thread per inch thread should be very close.
If a thread guage isn't handy a #10-32 and a 3/8-24 bolt will work for comparing the threads.
And Grenadier is right. NEVER try to rethread the hole to another pitch thread. Doing so will not only destroy the existing thread but it will remove so much material that only partial threads of the old and new pitch threads will be left. Definitely a dangerous thing to do.

Expecting TotW to know the correct size can be a bit unreasonable if sizes changed during manufacturing. You really should measure the threads so you can know what to look for when you order from the catalog. Most hardware stores have thread test gauges for trial fits.

RLGP-S is the closest to my trade rifle nipple but it is .02 shorter which I hope won't be a problem. I ordered this for a spare and to hopefully get a better fit with CCI caps which are too small for the factory nipple.

I use CCI #11 caps with my factory nipples from Lyman and have never had any issues. Investarms has been using a 6x.75 thread for as long as I'm aware. I think they're like $15 for a 3 pack and I can't think of a good reason not to just go straight to them for an Investarms rifle.
