Well the "cartridge" is a paper tube containing powder and projectile not unlike the "cartridge" used with a civil war rifled musket.
Since it is a percussion firearm if not here where would you suggest it be mentioned?
This part of the forum is for percussion rifles not just muzzle loading percussion rifles and,while the bullet goes in the back it comes out of the barrel because of a percussion. cap.
