The Flask is 6 1/2 Inch tall.

hi spitfire is the flask cast out of resin ,it looks like it has air bubble holes in it .there is a lot of fakes around at the minute.

No-it's original,the wood flask shows exposed wood grain and some splintering were the finish is worn on the rear with dings.The interior is wood upon close inspection.The Antler Cap (as well as the Flask) is HEAVY coated with Japan Laquer which has bubbled due to grain and porous nature. :winking:

I think the fakes would have "Made in Japan" written on them, the original maker's knew they were in Japan to begin with... :grin:

Or marked Made in China like everthing else these days
