Surprised the he!! outta me too bud !! LOL !! Sure glad that fellas just south of me liked Shortie . The wood in that stock showed figure and curl etc. but freaked me the f%&# out when I got down to final and that wood was full of voids and such . Sure p!$$#d me off .... Then had to get a bit creative . I dont like to mess with anything but straight grain . That weird grained wood can ruin a gun stock real quick ....

Here's mine by Rob, she's a shooter, as ALL my 25Y offhand groups end up being one ragged hole. I've since 'bent' the barrel to be right on ... had to add that for the nay-sayers, huzzah! She weighs only a smidgin under 6-pounds, for a 48" barrel to boot, woo hoo!

For a self-proclaimed hill billy ... he does PHENOMENAL work ... he even put the lock on the 'right' side!
