I needed a squirrel rifle, and chose a .36 Kibler SMR "Quick Ship".

I started to wait till tomorrow for sunlight to show the wood figure and color better, but the twilight cast some interesting softening shadows, so here ya' go:

Kibler's lowest grade; "Maple".

It's hard to get a representative photo, because of the extreme luminous chatoyance bands - every view angle looks different.
My Colonial was standard maple and it had a lot of figure to it, I was very surprised, and very happy with it.

To get a compliment like that from James Kibler, to me is an Honor.
My .32 is a heck of a shooter, I'm sure you'll be pleased with your .36. Plus she's a damn good looking gun.
