Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
Hi Raynor-I usually lightly torch the handle-wipe the black off-lightly sand-then I use Fiebings leather dye -british tan -wear gloves or you will wear the dye for a while :shake: -wipe off the excess-repeat till you get the shade you want-then I use tung oil and finish with a mix of linseed oil and beeswax- I actually made this handle shaped with a sidegrinder and finished with a belt sander-sounds like a lot of work but not too bad-you can find the dye on Ebay-thanks for the post-Butch :v
