Yes, it would help if folks checked to see if a topic is already being discussed before starting a new one.

Choosing a descriptive title also helps to tell others what the subject is.

I'll combine some topics, since they are about the same subject.

I think it would be a good idea to monitor the progress of these condors after the law takes off in July. If things don't change there is an opportunity to prove them wrong.

Of course not...DDT was banned for decades as it was thought to be the ills of many things...just now coming out that they've been wrong the whole time...but it's still banned.

Legislative bodies are built and structured to design, process, and pass requests into laws...they are not set up with a similar easy way to respond to and process requests to remove laws from existence.

The "Condor Lead Ban" will survive us all for sure, whether or not it has a hill of beans to do with their health

Sadly, you are probably correct, sir.

But I would get a little personal satisfaction knowing that honest folk that cherish our hunting heritage are not the cause of a so-called "eco disaster" :hatsoff:

I,m that rear breed a native Californian, but now living in Utah. Living in the central valley as a boy most of us hunted, man, boy and girl. But now the hunters are becoming fewer. What they need to do back home is use the the same brain washing as the eco's and ant-hunters. Start educting the public. Use the truth against the same one's that will lie and holler the most. We need to do that instead of fighting among ourselfs. These people can be beat, I have seen it here in Utah. So the folks in California need to take their state back or cut it in to thirds.

Sounds like a damn stupid law. Old Andy Jackson walked around for half a century carrying several lead pistol balls in his body, and he lived to be a ripe old age.

It probably wouldn't any good for dealers to boycott the state, gov. as they would go to the foreign market to buy..

Sorry, You can't buy ammo from foreign sources without import licenses, and it still has to go through a licensed dealer. Even police Departments are not above the law.
