I am sorry if you already know this but I am a lefty shooter and I would like to point out that in NO WAY does a righty gun affect a lefty shooter. My first flintlock was lefty, now all three of the guns I own are righty. Just a tip in case you see a righty rifle you think he would like. I dont even notice the flash. Just the target down range. My righty brother shot my lefty rifle all the time and didnt notice any difference. Good luck!Bump
If you are really set on a lefty then there is another forum called ALR (American Longrifle Forum) that many of us here are also members of. If you want, I am sure one of us, myself included, would put an ad out on there to increase the “traffic” for your search. Only if you want of course.Looking for a left hand flintlock for my 14 year old nephew / would like .50 cal something short with a round ball twist.
What do you have available?I have a couple of LH rifles, but nothing short. As mentioned, a RH rifle works just as well.
