Well, I picked it up yesterday. I can't wait to get it out to shoot it. Looks to be in decent shape, a bit of discoloration to the sideplate, but that is all. The guy said he reworked the stock to fit his hand better, but I sure can't tell how. Looks to be in factory shape. when I figure out how to post pics I will.

Ardesa (Spain) made a Patriot knockoff with the saw handle grip in 50 cal. I believe that it was even called a Patriot and had traditional double triggers, unlike the TC.
