Looking for a shirt or two

Well, I hate to ask such a simple question, but I've searched the site and the internet and I can't seem to find an example or pattern for just a plain old full-length, open collar shirt. I guess it would be a "Colonial" style, with the bloused sleeves and the mid-thigh length that you use a belt with.
Can somebody point me in the right direction...preferably with some pictures?
