Musket lock plate identification

Was high bidder on eBay for this lock plate, can anyone identify it? Have not received it yet, it’s shape and size looks identical to a Tower/Enfield lock plate, there is no date stamped on it, just an anchor and the letters D and C, only got $26.54 tied up in it so no big deal if it’s not an historical piece.

Definitely has the shape of a Tower lock plate but the holes are different or missing from what I’ve seen. Not an expert by any means. But it’s very neat and most probably a Tower/Enfield type.
