Are we talking a jacketed bullet as in something that would normally be used in an unmentionable or a sabot meant for a muzzleloader?

He just said.....a'bullet' for a muzzle loader did not mention a sabot and since I don't shoot that kind of crap I never thought to verify? I will find out though. Are we talking a jacketed bullet as in something that would normally be used in an unmentionable or a sabot meant for a muzzleloader?
The minute amount of powder you get in the chamber will not swell a barrel. Don't worry about it!Watching the Maniac "shoot out a dryball" I only saw one possible problem. Many of us do the same thing and it works. However after the powder is trickled in I always make sure the ball is on the powder, it is possible the original cap firing may have moved the ball forward causing an obstruction in the barrel.
PYRODEX, is does not come in 4F, GRANULATION either. it will not work as good.Is he using Pyrodex et.al. or Real BP? I find that it is incredibly difficult to pop a dry ball out with Pyrodex.
