Somewhere in my mess of stuff I have a ramrod made very similar to that. On mine that threaded shaft is part of the tip and there are nearly a double handful of ends for it. Some are made to just flip and leave on it like @Phil Coffins mentioned and others make it work for larger calibers, etc. etc..
