You know it will still pattern good enough probably..

I was thinking "ball of paper" then run a grease cleaning patch onto that for a wad. I don't know how the pattern is with that idea but it would shoot some fouling out and add some lube along the way.

But.

But to be honest.. the bore grease stuff I mixed up and 3f powder. I shot it yesterday. There was not much fouling going on and it loaded up with OS cards was smooth.

That was just one shot worth now ok.

when I got home a ran a patch down it.. that's not bad I think

Before I was using nothing in the bore.. just clean chrome..

Maybe worth a try..

I mean if I'm going to treat the paper with formulae 4..

I guess pre made wads?

You could use an unmentionable shell to pack the wet paper into a wad...

It's really less work than punching wads it seems.

I really think just rip, crunch and spit is a whole lot easier and works as well. I tried doing your preforming and prelubing approach, and frankly, it's a whole lot of time and effort for no appreciable gain. That being said, just do what works.

I'm just trying the fire formula 4 thing..

See if it works. It's Like a science experiment.

Drying out the paper now.

I think just crinkle up stuff it down there. It forms itself just fine that paper.. you push it down it's wads nice.

Just there is allot of dry leaves out there and pine needles too...

It seals solid though..

Your not getting air threw it.

Two small pieces. A double ball. Seems to get the edges sealed better in the pipe.

Just one.. you can blow air threw it. Because the edges isn't perfect.

Just what I noticed anyway.

I heard wax paper...

That's a good one to try. I'll put that on the shopping list.

I'll try it all out with 1 os card also and stuff..

Like 1os 1 pieces papers..

Or

1 pieces paper 1 wool wads.

1 paper 1 greased cleaning patch.

See how it does.
