NIB Garret Sharps Carbine

Hello all, I've recently bought a Garret Arms sharps carbine. This little gun looks to be unfired and even comes in it's orginal packing with matching serial on the box and a owners manual. Are these carbines any good or are they just another IAB type repro? What is the value of a garret?

The Garrets also have a functioning Maynard pellet priming system, which was left off all the other repros. The Garrets also suffer from the same gas leak issues as the other reproduction Sharps. I sent my to Larry Flees to have that cured.

The primer system on Sharps is the Lawrence patent as the Maynard system uses a tape style.

Do they suffer right out of the box? I need to get a mold from you and test fire. Although I'm hesitant since this rifle is unfired.

I'm purchasing this Cimarron McNelly Carbine by Armi-Sport Chiappa. Supposedly they're shooters, we'll see! It has a funny little fake Lawrence system. The wood to metal fit and walnut grain figuration attracted me enough to pull the trigger
