I wanna pic up that " Curly made " N.W. gun down in West Virginia but ....dont know ifn thats good nna happen er not . Be cool to have an original North Star to check from time to time when I wonder " How did Curly do that ?" ...just be great . Then I got those two original barrels , from just prior to Civil War and the other USED in the Civil War ! Crazy !! LOL ....neat stuff . Gotta get ones done for folks though , they are the priority ... I finally got one for myself ,two actually ! , since SHE left ! LOL ! Good riddance ! Gonna be some neat builds bud ! :)
 
Build what I just built. It's a North West Trade-Hawken-est 45 cal rifled for a small stature person. Half-stock, Hook Breech that I fashioned myself, Small Manton lock, RR tubes, buttplate, side plate all from sheet brass. Total investment $828. Plus my time....and I'm cheap...ask my wife.
