There are many, many people who are very happy with their Mike Lange rifle. This overly dramatic story smells of fish.

The fact that a number of people are happy with Mikes work does not rule out the possibility that he did make a rifle that has a few problems.
The magnitude of the problem(s) is in the eye of the buyer. This is a large part of the reason I have turned down a large number of people who wanted me to build a rifle for them.

Wow, that's super frustrated at best.
But correct me if I'm wrong... Lange has the earned reputation of being a kind of questionable builder, he of cheap and get-what-ya-pay-for last resorts. One many of us rmember to forget ever using. So...
