Do you know what kind of pistol was model for Pedersoli's Bounty, please?

I'd consider that model to be an early 19th Century Pennsylvanian or Kentucky Pistol, with Navy type of hardware on it.
I've owned a few of them and they are a pretty good gun and well made for the cost. Now I'm a little snobby about my guns and really enjoy my Steve Zihn .58 cal Flintlock, and my other well made custom guns. But, as you have found, they cost about 3-4 times as much!
