Hey fellers, here's a neat little knife Miss Tudy found in an old book. It incorporates a small folding knife in a ball starter. I used a piece of birch, a piece of cross cut saw, a piece of 1/2" copper tubing and an 8d nail for the pin.
Miss Tudy finished it off with a small pouch type sheath made of elk. The sheath attaches via 4 thongs thru the "ears" on the sides of the pouch.
Hope y'all like it and thanks for looking...Bud and Tudy

Thanks fellers, it was a real simple build and you can do a lot of variations. Joe, I been doin' alright. Haven't seen much of ya on the forum, you doing OK? Bud

Bud, I'm doin just great. Gonna retire in a couple of weeks and do my thing full time.

It's good seeing you & yours doing such fine work.

Joe

Thanks Joe. Hope everything goes just as you plan. I'm looking forward to retiring in a few years so we can do the same thing full time...Take care, Bud
