".....This is why I don't post here often....."

And so far, since the only posts I've seen of yours have been these couple of recent ones, my conclusion is that you're still posting too often.

We can see vulgarity and graffetti driving through bad sections of town...curb your language & demeanor or take it somewhere else...we don't want or need to put up with it.

So now you can't say anything that might piss off the Administrator. This is why I don't post here often. People who think you shouldn't touch an inline but the turn up the AC in a new car and slide a CD in the player on the way to a "traditional" shoot. Have a great day!

I'm sure thet if you financed yore own web-site, everbuddy here would agree thet you could run it any damned way you see fit!!

Yore "view" of traditional shooters is "skewed" if you think shoot'n has anythin to do with drive'n,.... unless you are a "drive-by shooter"!!
Have a most wonderful and enjoyable day!!

With all due respect I believe you are misinterpreting much of what was posted above.

If you'll re-read the above posts, you'll see that I have no problem with people disagreeing with me (or "pissing me off"). It's all part of a healthy debate. I would never use my authority to stifle or silence a Member because we disagreed. In fact, I encourage debates so we may all learn from the exchange. But personal attacks, aimed at any member, will result in having an account deleted.

However, if you find the atmosphere on this Forum too restrictive, that's your prerogative. I would never suggest that we are perfect or that this Forum is for everyone. That's a decision you'll have to make for yourself.

FYI...without question, this Muzzleloading Forum is the highest quality, most diverse, best organized, best managed ML site available on the World Wide Web, bar none.

Harv,

I was joking. That's what this ---> :haha: meant in my post. Pictures are sometimes used to illustrate to some people what one is saying because some people can't understand jokes, sarcasm, etc.. A point that was made by you in your reply to my joke. (McDonald's uses pictures on their cash registers in sort of the same way. It is quite a good idea I think. The pictures cut out some of the confusion. Maybe, I should have used two, or possibly 3 of these--->:haha: . My mistake. ) Think about it, if I really believed that Claude would kick you off for disagreeing with him, do you think I would feel comfortable enough to joke like that with him indirectly by joking with you.

Claude,

I apologize for my reply to Harv where I was indirectly joking with you. I didn't mean to start an arguement. Can't we all just ge along?  :haha: :haha:

No worries. Sometimes it's hard to interpret the attitude and emotion of our "text only" conversations, even with the "emoticons", but I think it's obvious to anyone who spends much time here what the atmosphere is. I would hope that most of us can tell the difference in an outright personal attack and good clean fun.

Ah, the power of interpretation and delivery.

My father would take the opposite in any argument just to bedevil the speaker and see if his convictions held up under cross examination. Mother used to slide under the chairs in Bible Study. ::

Any other Mac users here? Macintosh is all I ever had. It's about as unique as a flintlock at the shooting range. :peace:

I've been using Macs since they came out in 1984.

I've been the President of the San Diego Macintosh User Group for about 12 years, I've worked for Apple and still do consulting work for individuals and businesses.

My reenacting is PC, but my computers aren't.

Mac user.... Flint Shooter Here !

More than a few MD's would disagree with you on the affect of laptops.Anyway on the PC stuff,at a rendy last year a trader had a sign that read "OLD STUFF.com"{name changed to protect the guilty}.Particularily funny since the rendy was really picky about the primitive area and my sights.
