Just my .02 worth he should also reimburse you the 20.45 to send it back.
My $0.02If you believe the part was glued together at one point and you were not informed of the glue job ahead of time, it's 100% on the seller.
The USPS has no role in this regarding you getting your money back quickly.
The seller should file a claim and wait for his money.

Strongly disagree. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. can damage a Sherman tank. Good packing is important but nothing can always stand up to abuse. The seller has the responsibility to package the product in a manner to eliminate damage during shipment. Period. If it arrives damaged it is his fault. Period. One of the reasons I haven’t purchased any of the items I’ve seen on this site that interest me. Amazon takes returns no questions asked!!!!
It is not the fault of the purchaser that the product arrived broken. Either the seller tried to put one by him, or the product was poorly packaged, or the shipping company mistreated the package. In all three scenarios the buyer is blameless and shouldn’t have to wait for his money to be returned.Strongly disagree. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. can damage a Sherman tank. Buyer can check the pics that described the item purchased. They know where the break is and if it was pictured. If not ........It is not the fault of the purchaser that the product arrived broken.
