Anyone ever seen where one could purchase any of these revolver cappers? I took a pic of one from a buddy, and made this in 3 Hrs. Other than this style, I have to put the cap on the cylinder nipple one at a time. All the other cappers will not fit a cylinder. This one can hold approx. 25 caps #10 or #11.

You can dremel out the cap window in the cylinder to fit the cappers. Some will
fit cappers, some won't. See Mike Bellevue "Duelist 1954" on Youtube where he uses
a small grinding wheel to open up the access for a capper. Many members here can advise as
well.

I was having the same problem with the 3rd Mod. I took one of those #10 cappers and trimmed the brass finger/corner down. Then bent the steel spring in a bit more. It seems to work better now.

I did the same with a few of those straight cappers. A little file work and they fit well in the small area that a revolver affords.

Cappers do not fit all revolvers. My 1895 revolvers are one that the inline or bulk cappers do not fit. The Polish capper is one capper that will fit the 1895s.
