I have wondered if a person could make a snail trap out of a truck tire my standing it up faceing you and cutting a hole in the top tread for the bullets to enter and let them run around inside until they ran out of energy.

Try this site. Fiberglass Supply They sell boat building supplies. Kevlar ain't cheap I can tell you that. Might work for your purpose though.
