Sharps failures. Suggestions?

In case someone else needs this info, the nipple for both an IAB and Armi San Marco Sharps should be 8-1.25mm according to Ethan at ToW. Very helpful at Track, btw, kudos.

I’ve got one headed my way, so I’ll report back after my next range trip if anyone’s interested.

I dont recall where I read it and if it's true but I read that reenactment caps aren't strong enough to set off actual BP charges.
