Whoopity doo. :idunno: just proves you need a booster charge with it even in a cap gun. Which makes it worthless. Plus he was using those @#$%* bullets :barf: . Don't even know why you posted this POS. Looks like more lawn fertilizer to me. Lets see it used with a PRB. I don't why folks won't use blackpowder when you can get it delievered to your door if you don't have a local place to buy it. This does not include those folks living in Canada or Alaska, I know about ya'lls problem getting blackpowder.

should be interesting with PRB, im going to try it here in a bit. And them $&%&^%* bullets i used shot pretty darned good as well in the video. Gotta use something heavier for long distance shots.

ohh im sure...

Long distance in the field. My range with that gun and load is 175 yards. The 75 yard video was just a test when i first started playing with it.

Well,,,it looks like you have the "perfect" combination there,,,really like your technique for "seating your caps" ,,gotta get me some of that shockys stuff....gotta make sure that swiss powder gets lit.

You forgot to put the funny haha on that post. If you're gonna duplex, why bother with blackhorn and Shockey's gold? I like Jims show, but the powder, using it for duplex load? Gold because of his endorsment, weak by any other standard.

Is this stuff junk? I bought some when I first got my t/c hawken about a year ago. I sighted in this gun with it and found a decent load. However, when its time to shoot I would have to adjust my sights for each range session. I sighted it in a few days ago getting 3in group at 75yrds. Friday evening took a 50 yard shot a a doe COMPLETE MISS! :cursing:
I then went to the range and it's shooting epicly low? I have been extra careful when handling the rifle and sights because its deer season. Only thing i can think is the powder is garbage i have read mixed reveiws on the stuff but now i think i know now.

Some of the subs are not very stable.
Just because some inline shooter gets paid to shill for the stuff does not make it good.

With all its supposed faults BP is very hard to improve upon in a traditional ML. I.E. one that does not use centerfire primers.
T7 pellets still require a BP booster (its built in I am told) to properly ignite.
