The slighlty overweight redneck farmer getting ready to shoot his Tennessee Rifle is me. The shooter to the right is my shootin' partner, Tom. This shoot was well attended and all had a very good time. This probably won't come out right as its my first attempt at pictures.

There were a lot of young shooters there. They held a youth X-sticks aggregate for them and they shot along with the adults except they sat on a carpet and used cross sticks. Several range officers on duty, and something for everyone who wanted to shoot. Lots of different aggs. This was their 28th Annual shoot so they have been at it awhile. I totlly enjoyed this shoot.

The tennessee is a .45 cal. 36" GM barrel. Shoots very accuratly, if I could just hold it steady. :shake:

Flatlander,
Pictures turned out great! I agree with
LEJ its great to see the young ones at your shoot..as
i have stated on more than one occasion they are the
future of our sport and should be encouraged to
compete or just shoot whenever possible. IMHO
snake-eyes :hatsoff:

Hey Flatlander.. nice pics

I see two of my buddys from up north in your pics, unfortunately I missed that shoot. :(

I'll be looking for ya this sat.

I would totally LOVE to go to the IBPF (Iowa Blackpowder Federation) shoot this weekend, but, well ya know the story. Need to get some work done sometime, and the Southern Iowa Desert has cooled a bit.

However,WEZ, we will meet at some point in the future! I'd like ta meet ALL the Iowa members on this Board.
