Here’s a few from the past.
I am but I think??? I will try it once at least. Dalea beautiful rifle! I would probably be afraid to take it out in the woods etc?!!
What caliber are those re-curves in?a few I have had for years
You have a few fine examples of tiger striped maple. Especially the fourth one down, and the pistol. I had a chance to buy a H&A ,but hesitated. Wish I'd bought one.For me it's mostly flintlocks with just a couple of exceptions, okay then, maybe three. There are three caplocks I'll never let go. As granth mentioned the H&A, I have the very old Heritage model, can't be beat for accuracy. Mine has progressive rifling, FWIW.
The .45 H&A, now retired.
Had this one for several years and so far it's a dedicated target rifle.
The US M1841 in .54.
And that's everything I have.
quite a collection!OHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAAAAA
lol, actually the bottom is an original Fred Bear Grizzly that is LNIB, #50, the next is a Martin ReCurve take down, that is also #50, the last one is a PSE Longbow #40. I had Compounds but found I did not like all the gadgets and also, frankly, they were too easy to shoot! These take practice and work! I am still learning! What caliber are those re-curves in?
I have seen a lot of fine rifles in my time from some of the best known makers, but this is as good as anything I have ever seen. Truly amazing, absolutely beautiful! Here a .54 I made a long time ago, I still have it and it still shoots great.
