It's a hard diet to stay with,even though good for you,look up Joseph's bread products on line. Made with flaxand dot and oat.i have made pot pies with them that are none to bad,useing the pitas and flat breads

some impressive recipes here, the old timey fried quarters then gravy is always good.
dumplings is another favorite.

Yeah, dumplings and good gravy go well with a meal, especially if you have to s.t..r...e...t..c.h the meat.
