Doc., The first blank I cut was by laying out my pattern and then taking it to a cabinet shop, and paying them to cut it out. The charged me a cup of coffee. That was back in 1974. I did another in 1977, and the cost was to see the first gun. I still bet it wouldn't be very much, and they get to keep the sawdust. Bill
