So far I've haven't had any problems with it. As a matter of fact I have had to, well not 'had to' more like 'chose to' , pull a .562 ball in the past and I had no problems in doing so. I mean using soft lead your just swaging the ball into the muzzle. The best thing to me was hitting steel with it at 50 and 75yds with authority !FYI..
Be careful loading an oversized ball in a smoothbore…especially bare.
There’s no rifling for the patch & ball too squeeze into.
