Excellent job. The gun looks great. What type of stain did you use, I love the color. Seeing that you are from York was it "Ditchburns stain". I have a bottle of this stain and tried it on several pieces of curley maple and it looks close to the color of your pictured gun. Also what type of finish did you use? I really like the non-glossy matte finish.

I stained it with nitric acid and the finish is Varnish Oil.
