You guys must have special status with Jess. I ordered my parts in 1996 .After four phone calls and two years went by I ordered from Blackley in England . I had my stuff in less than one month. they are perfect. Jess don't go to gun shows I think he's afraid someone will kill him.
If you guys want to put up with that kind of treatment it's your own fault.

I once cancelled an order after waiting for more than 4 years. Currently I am still waiting for a set of parts that I ordered about 18 months ago and which they promised would be delivered in 3 months. I tried to contact them via email and normal post - no answer. Could not reach them by phone.

I am not sure if I give you guys credit or what! All I hear from this company is nightmares. Why anyone would place an order with them is beyond me.By the time the parts arrive, my widow won't know what to do with them.

There surely cant be a single muzzle loader who hasnt been warned about this firm on this and other web sites. And yet some still seem to beleive in Father Christmas. You dont get before sales service never mind after sales.

We offer these two British Baker rifles completely finished, sighted in and ready to shoot at $1,995.00. We only require a minimum deposit of 50% on all finished Rifles and Muskets before we start and the remaining balance before we ship. The delivery on standard rifles is 6 months. So that must mean with my mates rifle taking a year someone else has theirs in under 2days. Ya right.
There was also a statement about customer satisfaction and a persons name who was responsible for that function. Strange, I cant find it now.

You know it but you just dont believe it. Their catalog of parts is like a mirage of paradise island. I would wait 3, 6, even 9 months for parts that are cast on demand if they inform me in advance. But what really gets me is their total resistance to agreements and delivery dates.

The shifting time span was annoying but the bit that really pi$$ed me off was the no contact or information to the point where I thought they had gone bust along with my money. I also wish they wouldnt hid behind the Lord fearing statement on their site either because thats what it looks like. Its shear bad business practise mixed with a contempt of customers beyond anything else I've met.

oh no!!! I was going to order a brittish wall gun kit from them! now im depressed maybe i can find a kit somewhere else! this is just awfull

When they have it in stock there should be no problem. I received single parts very fast in the past when they had them in stock.
