I have used the sight from the Gunworks referenced by the @Nameless Hunter. Here are some photographs of them mounted on a TC before I knocked off the ‘buckhorns’.

My camera sucks. I'm sorry for the fuzzy picture, but it is the best I could do with the equipment I have.

Set the resolution higher. The pictures are to way to small a file size. The file of the one I posted was 94 KB, that is 0.094 of a mega bite. Any camera worth owning will be 5+ mega bite resolution today. IF you compressed them for a webpage skip that next time. Larger files are acceptable today. If your camera is broken or 30 years old, a simple decent camera is less than $100 today. Really old phones are not useful for taking pictures. And last tip, if you tried to put eh camera really close and did not let it focus, there you go.

For small mostly flat items a scanner will often work better than a camera.
