Saw this gun on gunbroker, its very nice looking but i never saw two vents before. You guys see this before?

I have heard of this. Supposed faster ignition.
Notice it’s a custom made liner.
 
This is another of those theoretical exercises that propose that having two holes providing roughly the same area as one hole will send two jets of heated pan blast into the powder charge. Then because the holes are smaller than the 1/16"hole, more pressure is retained in the powder chamber. As @Comfortably_Numb has replied, it's a gimmick. If the two holes have more area than a 1/16" hole, then you might get faster ignition such as when you open up a 1/16" touch hole to 5/64". Besides the extra manufacturing cost, there is a reason why the two-hole vent liners are not in mass production.
