My wife just showed me her June "Early American Life" magazine. Has an excellent long article on Wallace Gusler, the now-retired gunsmith of Colonial Williamsburg. Piece has many pictures of wonderful flintlock rifles and tomahawks made by him. I learned he is also an authority on early American furniture. Quite an excellent read; check it out if you can.
