The navy arms sxs that I purchased is in great shape. There is no evidence of any kind of abuse to the gun at all. The bores are in excellent shape and good and bright.
After I pulled the gun down, I now want to polish the locks and seal all the unfinised wood around the inlet areas. Would you pull the locks completely apart and polish ever contactable part? And what would be the best finish to put on the stock to seal the inlet areas from the eliments. I will probably end up refinishing the stock or replacing it at some time later....but would like to get full use of it like it is first......so tell me.....if it was your, what would you do to make the gun usuable in all condishions
:what: :says:
