Just came out of the Sierra foothills on the first trip with a new wedge from Tentsmiths. Wow! Well made, simple to set and great looking. Now if they could do something about the cold nights!

you bought the wrong tent for your area Buckwilk. you should've paid the extra money for the wedge with the heated interior! :rotf:

I do believe that to be PC a buffalo robe and a pair of Indian maidens would be needed and likey take care of the cold weather problem or at least make it seem to go away.

I've got several TentSmith's wedges and several of their tarps and they are incredibly well built. One I have that's more than 15 years old still looks new and has endured rain, sleet, hail, lots of heavy rain and wind and being cooked in open fields at big events. Their re-enforcing, attention to detail, door construction is incredible. I'm just real careful to get it real dry before storing and shaking/sweeping all the grit and debris from it.Plan to keep using it at least another 30.

Got the sutler wedge. 8'6"x8'6"x7'. I had them put a 3' bell on one end, regular door on the other. Very cool, lots of room and versatility. Fly next.

Hey Mr. Doc, You wouldn't be intrested in partin with one of them wedges would you? Thanks Buck.
